Do you handle patient information?

No. We only track clinician licenses, credentials and insurer application status. No patient data.

Do you need our CAQH or portal passwords?

No. We never ask for passwords. You or your credentialing contact keep doing the submissions; we track the dates and status.

We already use a spreadsheet. Can we still use this?

Yes. Send it to us, and we'll clean it up and take over the weekly checking.
